Job description

Who We Are:

Schlosser Signs has been building and installing custom signs across Colorado since 1999. From massive pylons to digital displays, we bring businesses’ visions to life. We’ve got over 40 hardworking people on our team, and we’re growing fast.

We take care of our team with:

  • Solid Pay: $28 – $35/hour (based on experience)
  • Paid time off
  • 401k retirement plan
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Room to grow your career

What You’ll Do:

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the field installing and maintaining custom signs the kind you see in businesses, airports, and stadiums.

You should expect to:

  • Work with your hands every day using power tools and construction gear
  • Read plans and blueprints to get the job done right
  • Load, unload, and set up big sign installs
  • Work outdoors year-round (yes, we mean in the Colorado cold and summer heat)
  • Climb, lift, and tackle projects at serious heights
  • Occasionally work night shifts (extra pay included)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hard-working, can-do attitude
  • At least 5 years’ construction experience
  • Sign installation experience (A huge plus)
  • Bonus if you’ve got skills in welding, concrete, electrical, forklifts, CDL, or cranes but we’ll train the right person
  • Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and handle physical work

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Hands-on, outdoor work — no sitting behind a desk
  • Work with cool equipment like cranes, lifts, and welding tools
  • Strong team culture — we’ve got each other’s backs
  • Steady work with overtime as the exception, not the rule
