Schedule: Security: Every other weekend, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Maintenance: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the week 

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This position requires hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to promptly address and resolve issues that could disrupt daily operations. The technician will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, and implementing preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure. Collaboration with other team members and clear communication with management are essential to prioritize work orders and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the seamless functioning of the facility, supporting both productivity and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical repair, and carpentry.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
