ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Manages Project Coordination.
  • Develops bids/quotes per client specification.
  • Communicates with production to establish timelines.
  • Initiates and monitors job budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts.
  • Interacts with Installation Manager to facilitate field work.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and expert interpersonal communications skills - internal and external.
  • Liaise between sales, manufacturing, graphics and installation to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures project deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved.
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of general construction, drawings, engineering and manufacturing.
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt and comply with specific company process and procedures for project management.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for work outside of normal business hours as required by management.
  • Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
  • Provides care and security for all company resources.
  • Makes periodic visits to client locations.
  • Performs necessary housekeeping activities of work area.
  • Participates in networking events as requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • One year of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Bachelors degree or combination of experience/education.
  • Experience in sign industry preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects is helpful.
