We are currently seeking Seasonal Benefit Enrollers Consultants to join our dynamic sales team at USAble Life. Applicants must live in Tennessee, preferably in Memphis, Nashville, or Knoxville.

What We Offer:

  • Daily rate offered $250.00 - $300.00 depending on insurance experience
  • Additional reimbursement for travel over 100 miles
  • Reimbursement of mileage, and business related expenses
  • Remote opportunity which will require significant travel within the state of TN
  • Company provided equipment and training
  • Hours will vary from week to week
  • This is a remote position.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct one on one meetings with each client at their place of employment, or by phone to provide a thorough understanding of benefit offerings available to review existing benefit package and assist in making new elections
  • Assist new and existing customers in the selection and purchase of work-site, voluntary and core products
  • Proactively follow-up with businesses and /or school groups to ensure customer satisfaction and answers basic customer service questions
  • Proactively ensure all materials for enrollments are readily available and in presentable format to share with client

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for meeting goals for each case including production goals and participation requirements
  • Responsible for delivering all enrollment data and paperwork to the appropriate person by the designated date
  • Responsible for delivering benefit information in both group and individual settings
  • Responsible for completing all enrollment documentation
  • Responsible for being prepared for each enrollment which includes having all sales/enrollment materials and a thorough understanding of the group's benefit plan, and being able to sell products suitable for each individual within that group

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and work ethic, and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present to both individuals and groups on all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude; present a professional appearance and demeanor; ability to handle confidential information
  • May require overnight travel. Must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Must be comfortable and effective with public speaking.
  • Excellent understanding of Section 125, Flexible Spending Accounts and any pending changes to either

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Insurance Agent license in Health and Life for the state of TN.
  • 1 or more years' experience in customer service, sales, insurance, finance, or related field
  • Or, equivalent military experience
