Who You Are

  • Registered Veterinary Tech (Colorado): RVT, CVT, or LVT with a current Colorado license. Credentials required.
  • Clinical Experience: 4+ year of vet tech experience.
  • Team-First Mindset: Collaborative, communicative, and willing to jump in where needed. No ego - just great care.
  • Organized & Proactive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a knack for improving processes.
  • Compassionate & Growth-Oriented: Gentle with pets, respectful with clients, and motivated to keep learning and improving veterinary care.
  • Experience in urgent or emergency care
  • Experience in dentistry and anesthesia required

What You'll Do

  • Clinical Partnership: Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics.
  • Client Education & Support: Guide and reassure pet parents by clearly explaining care plans and at-home instructions.
  • Technical & Lab Skills: Perform blood draws, lab tests, IV catheter placement, radiographs (including dental), medication/vaccine administration, and assist with wound care.
  • Clinic Operations: Maintain accurate digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and keep equipment clean and sterilized.
  • Culture & Mentorship: Live our core values through open communication, teamwork, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset - while mentoring assistants and supporting the team.
