Our commitment to excellence ensures that every taco is made fresh daily, and we focus on providing an exceptional dining experience. We believe in working as a team, cherishing our people, and giving back to the community, upholding our core values that drive our operations. As a Kitchen Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of product quality and service, creating flavors that keep our guests returning for more. Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of fresh ingredients for daily menu items
  • Cook authentic Mexican tacos and sides in accordance with Rusty Taco standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation
  • Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or cooking environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
