Tour Manager And Driver

Do you live in Pennsylvania and feel excited by the idea of exploring every corner of the state? Aardvark Studios is seeking a motivated and outgoing Tour Manager and Driver to lead a traveling event experience that brings Pennsylvania's history to life. You will operate a 26' box truck, manage day-to-day logistics, and serve as the public face of the tour. This includes engaging with communities, setting up event installations, and delivering high-energy, memorable interactions at each stop.

Aardvark Studios is a dynamic design, build, and technology studio serving the experiential marketing, museum, and location based entertainment industries. We thrive in creative environments and bring ideas to life through storytelling, interactivity, and immersive experiences.

This is a full-time, temporary contract position ideal for someone who enjoys travel, public speaking, and hands-on work. You will gain valuable experience in tour and event management while representing a meaningful statewide initiative. Travel, lodging, and daily per diem are fully covered.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
  • Must be a Pennsylvania resident (required)
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and set up a variety of activation assets
  • Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and maintain custom commercial vehicle (DOT) โ€“ 26' box truck
  • Manage all logistical aspects of each event stop, including large footprint load-in, setup and breakdown
  • Emcee live events, engaging with attendees and maintaining high energy
  • Set up sound, tech, gaming and microphone systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment or vehicle
  • Assist with inventory and supply maintenance
  • Ensure proper storage and security of event assets in chase vehicle
  • Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
  • Daily reporting
  • Track expenses and submit weekly reports
  • Submit activation photos & videos

Requirements or What Else Is Helpful:

  • Clean driving record
  • A positive attitude and a passion for Pennsylvania
  • Must be a Pennsylvania resident
  • DOT Med Card a plus!
  • Previous experience in live events, driving 26' box truck and/or customer service
