Job description

  • Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.    
  • Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.  
  • Miller Dealerships - Provides car and light truck solutions across the Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru brands.

Miller Truck Leasing is looking to hire a Regional Maintenance Manager to provide leadership over multiple Mid-Atlantic diesel maintenance shops and to support ongoing growth. The Regional Maintenance Manager position can live anywhere within the territory though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in New Jersey, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD. Ideally the candidates will live in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in NJ, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD
  • P&L responsibility for each shop
  • Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
  • Travel to shops regularly
  • Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
  • Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
  • Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

You Have:

  • 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
  • Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
  • Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
  • Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
  • Business degree or technical school certification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
