In-Office - Henderson, NV
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Shifts span from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day, across all four employees.
The final schedule is flexible and will be made to accommodate the schedules of each student hired.
Each shift will not exceed 8 hours.

Job Description:
We are a marketing company located in Henderson, NV, that needs to hire two to three part-time students to manage our reception area and support our administrative department.
As the first face of Red Dog Media for all visitors, candidates, and employees who visit our office, we need someone who is friendly, polite, and professional. The mission of this role is to support daily office operations by assisting with maintaining an organized, welcoming, and well-stocked environment that allows the team to work without disruption.
We would like to hire a student who would want to split their working hours 50/50 - dedicating half of their workday to reception administrative tasks and using the other half to study and complete schoolwork.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, with shifts that span from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day, across all students. The final schedule is flexible and will be made to accommodate the schedules of each student hired. Each shift will not exceed 8 hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct office guests and visitors
  • Receive and distribute deliveries
  • Restock snacks and beverages
  • Monitor snack and beverage inventory and communicate supply needs to the Administration Operations team
  • Escalate issues or facility concerns to the Administration Operations team
