Job description

Dedicated CDL-A Driver | Daily Home Time

Some regional jobs only pay you for the miles. That's it. Miles in, miles out, and everything else is just... extra work for free.

This one's different.

Here, every stop, every unload, every backhaul adds to your paycheck. So when you put in the work, you actually see it on that weekly deposit. That's why motivated drivers here are pulling $2,000+ a week - not once in a while, but consistently.

What the money looks like:

  • Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700
  • Top drivers clear: $2,000+ weekly
  • Annual earnings range: $75,000–$100,000
  • $245 per trailer unload — that adds up fast
  • $70 backhaul pay for those extra loads
  • $25 per stop
  • Up to $0.85 CPM, based on your experience (so the more time you've got behind the wheel, the more you earn per mile)
  • Plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus just to get you started

Home time that actually makes sense:

Nobody wants to live in their truck. This regional run gets you home 3–4 times a week - usually every other day for a 10-hour reset. Enough to see your family, sleep in your own bed, and recharge before the next run.

What you'll actually be doing:

You're hauling dedicated freight through Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky — consistent routes with reliable freight, so you're not chasing loads or guessing where you'll end up.

  • Average 800–1,000 miles per week
  • 100% touch freight
  • Modern Freightliner and International tractors
  • Paid ride-along training at $150/day to get you comfortable with the routine
  • On-site support when you need it — someone actually answers the phone

What we're looking for:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 3 months of Class A driving experience in the last 36 months
  • Strong customer service skills — you're representing us out there
  • Flexible schedule — nights and weekends are part of the rotation depending on delivery needs
  • You'll need to park the truck at the terminal or distribution center
  • Clean MVR and clean background
  • Solid work ethic
  • Not SAP-friendly — no exceptions

Benefits that kick in after 60 days:

Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Plus paid vacation and a supportive ops team that actually has your back.

If you're tired of getting paid for miles while doing all the extra work for free, this one's worth a serious look. The pay adds up, the home time is real, and the work stays consistent.
