Job Title: Architectural Project Manager | Residential 
Position Location: Boston, MA (Remote)
Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire
Degree Required:  Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Our client an award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture and design firm. From dramatic penthouses and seaside retreats to luxury residential developments and groundbreaking hotels is seeking a skilled Architect to lead residential projects from concept through completion. This role plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule and in alignment with client and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and highly organized, with strong design sensibility across architecture and interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-end residential projects, specifically single-family homes, with demonstrated experience across all phases
  • Monitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction administration ensuring that the design intent is properly executed
  • Demonstrate expertise and confidence in engaging with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages of project development.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of office standards, workflows, and quality control procedures
  • Maintain ownership and accountability for overall project success
  • Coordinate communication with other service lines, vendors, and contractors
  • Translates design ideas into detailed models and high-quality renderings.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and skill development

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area
  • Exceptional knowledge of construction documentation and technical detailing 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environment
  • Experience in training and guiding junior staff on the design process
  • Must live in Massachusetts / New England region; flexibility to work remotely from home.

Technical / Software skills:
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
