Luxury Residential Property ManagerThoughtforms

Thoughtforms is a residential construction company dedicated to building high-quality homes that positively impact individuals and the environment. Since 1972, we have focused on craftsmanship, indoor environmental quality, energy efficiency, and durability.

We are seeking a Luxury Residential Property Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners after construction is complete. In this role, you will oversee maintenance, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, manage small projects, and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the post-construction service process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within our post-construction service team
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, maintenance, and project updates with clients, subcontractors, architects, and vendors
  • Troubleshoot post-construction issues and provide practical solutions related to budgets, schedules, and methods
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including invoicing and subcontractor paperwork
  • Track costs and project progress against estimates
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve issues and meet client expectations
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed work
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and care for client property
  • Participate in emergency on-call service for urgent client needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote safe work practices
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and team development
Qualifications
  • Experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role, preferably in construction, property management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
  • Excellent project management, scheduling, and budgeting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software, email, and spreadsheets
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
  • Passion for delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
Compensation
