Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living

Location: Rye, NY | Pay: $20.42/hour | Schedule: In-person

Join The Osborn, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit continuum of care senior living community located on a beautifully landscaped 56-acre campus in Rye, New York. With over 100 years of service, The Osborn is known for its exceptional standards in elder care, wellness programs, and employee satisfaction. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator, you’ll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with:

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
  • Light housekeeping and meal support
  • Resident escorting within the facility
  • Social engagement and companionship

What You Bring:

  • Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Experience in Assisted Living is a plus, but not required
