Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, using validated tools and interviews to gather essential information.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique situations, leveraging therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring a professional and safe environment for clients to openly discuss their concerns.
  • Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor progress consistently, adapting treatment approaches based on clients’ feedback and evolving needs.
  • Document each session accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and maintaining the confidentiality of client information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will engage with clients across different demographics, providing culturally competent care that reflects an understanding of their individual life experiences and holistic well-being.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients in a virtual setting, building trust and rapport critical to successful therapeutic outcomes.
  • A deep sense of empathy and a commitment to providing compassionate care that addresses each client's unique narrative and challenges.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage scheduling, document sessions accurately, and track client progress in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings or with diverse populations in mental health contexts.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and adherence to best practices in remote therapy delivery.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches suitable for adult, adolescent, or child therapy.
