This position offers a modern and dynamic remote working environment, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care. As part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals, you will use advanced telehealth technologies to conduct virtual therapy sessions, engage with clients, and document care effectively. The support from our administrative staff enables you to focus on your clinical work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive patient assessments to inform effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Establish and expand a referral network to enhance client outreach and attract new patients to our services.
  • Utilize active listening skills to foster trust and rapport with patients, ensuring they feel seen and heard during therapy sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support to patients and their families through aftercare coordination that aligns with their continued recovery goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve come from various backgrounds and may experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Our commitment is to provide tailored interventions that respect the uniqueness of each client while applying evidence-based approaches built on family systems theory and recovery principles.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
Preferred Experience

While experience varies, candidates should ideally possess at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a proactive approach to patient engagement will set you apart as a candidate. Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy, active listening, and the ability to cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options, retirement plans, and paid time off to support your well-being.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and continuing education resources to enhance your skills in the mental health field.
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment that values collaboration and ongoing communication.
