Job description

What We Offer (The Perks of Going Rural)

We care for our providers just as deeply as we care for our patients. This position qualifies for premier state and federal loan repayment programs.

  • Financial Peace of Mind: Competitive salary + robust benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement match).

  • Loan Forgiveness: NHSC Loan Repayment Program eligible (FQHC status gives you top priority to wipe out your student debt!).

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO and CME allowance to ensure you can actually enjoy the incredible Pacific Northwest backyard.

  • Relocation Assistance: We'll help you make the move to our beautiful community.

Our Promise: Exceptional Care for Every Body, Regardless of the Ability to Pay About the Role

Are you a compassionate, mission-driven Certified Nurse Midwife looking to make a profound impact where it's needed most?

At [Insert Clinic Name], we believe that high-quality, dignified healthcare is a fundamental right. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) nestled in the heart of North Central Washington, we serve a vibrant, diverse, and resilient rural community.

We are looking for a dedicated CNM to join our collaborative, full-scope OB/GYN team. Here, you won't just be managing a caseload—you will be a vital lifeline, empowering families and bringing equitable, evidence-based care to an underserved region.

Why This Role Matters

Our Mission: We serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

In rural healthcare, your skills save lives. You will provide comprehensive full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological care. You will work with patients who face significant barriers to healthcare, ensuring they receive the respectful, culturally competent, and high-quality care they deserve.

What You'll Bring
  • Credentials: Valid Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification and Washington State RN/ARNP license (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Heart for the Mission: A deep commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and serving rural, vulnerable, or underinsured populations.

  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for patient education. (Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!)

  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a rural setting and collaborating closely with a tight-knit community healthcare team.

Our clinic is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and patients.

Benefits Tailored for You

Whether you're a seasoned physician looking for a meaningful "second act" or a new graduate eager to build your legacy, we offer a competitive and supportive package:

Financial & Security - Lifestyle & Growth

Competitive Base Salary + Productivity - Generous PTO & Paid Holidays

Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC & State programs - Comprehensive CME Allowance & Days

Full Malpractice Coverage (Federal Tort Claims Act) - Relocation Assistance

Robust Health, Dental, & Vision Plans - Mentorship for Early-Career Providers
