To thrive as a Live In Relocation CNA, you need a valid CNA certification, basic medical knowledge, and experience in personal care and assistance. Familiarity with patient care documentation, mobility aids, and communication devices is often necessary. Compassion, patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills help build trust with clients and adjust to new environments. These abilities are crucial for providing consistent, high-quality care and ensuring client well-being during transitions to new living situations.
