Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including supervisors, colleagues, clients' families, and other supportive parties to keep everyone updated on a client’s progress.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing collaborative care strategies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly progress reports that highlight clients' improvements and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment protocols and enhance team capabilities.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and home visits to continue monitoring client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the wider mental health community to help clients achieve their developmental goals and access the resources they need.

This role encompasses a wide range of populations, including both adults and youth. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing various challenges such as trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. Your expertise in these areas will significantly contribute to their recovery journey and help further integrate behavioral health into their lives.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong background or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• A well-developed understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and digital counseling tools.

While not mandatory, experience in working with specific populations such as youth, couples, or individuals dealing with substance misuse and trauma is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in utilizing evidence-based practices will be an asset to our therapeutic approach.

Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition, we provide:
