Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including supervisors, colleagues, clients' families, and other supportive parties to keep everyone updated on a client’s progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and progress while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing collaborative care strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly progress reports that highlight clients' improvements and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • Strong background or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
