Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
  • Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, setting the tone for their dining experience.
  • Understand and adhere to uniform standards to present a polished image to guests.
  • Effectively assign servers to their sections, optimizing service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize rotational seating standards to ensure balanced service and an efficient dining experience.
  • Manage reservations and communicate special accommodations to servers and management as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting entryway to the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Seat and assign guests to tables with professionalism, making sure their preferences are considered.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both food and beverage menus, including daily specials and 86'd items.
  • Enter orders accurately through the POS system, ensuring timely and precise service.
  • Verify payment methods and handle cash responsibly, following all cash handling procedures.
  • Complete side work duties and cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction upon their departure.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support the restaurant's operations.
