What You'll Do:โ€ฏย 

  • Provide consistent, around-the-clock care to ensure safety, comfort, and care continuityย 
  • Assist with activities of daily livingย (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility)
  • Prepare meals andย assist with feedingย and perform light housekeeping
  • Escortย toย appointments and support safe mobilityย 
  • Observe for changes in behavior and communicate to nursing staff
