Requirements:

Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in business/engineering/ or technical degree preferred. Industrial automation or process industry experience preferred. We sell, service and support process control products to engineers/technicians in industrial applications; technical sales experience, analytical aptitude and curiosity are essential to the role.


Experience: While we are open to a new/recent graduate who could be trained, we prefer someone who has a passion for process applications within industries of power, oil/gas, chemical, water / wastewater treatment, food & beverage production, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, and other life-sustaining manufacturing facilities. Candidates must possess an enthusiasm for the types of products we sell and service (process measurement instrumentation, controls valves, actuators, positioners, gas & flame detection and electrical heat trace) and show clear evidence of personal success in growing/building a business (or similar endeavor).

Initially would need to spend significant time at our headquarters in Edgemont, PA (southwest of Philadelphia) for training and immersion on the product lines. Typically visit the ECI office as needed for additional sales meetings / training.
