You'll be the bridge between ingredient preparation and final production-making sure each batch is exactly right and ready when it needs to be.

What You'll Do
  • Follow and verify precise batch recipes and ingredient specifications
  • Cook ingredients to exact standards, including techniques like sautรฉing
  • Lead and support Process Assistants to ensure on-time product readiness
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces aligned with GMP and HACCP standards
  • Operate equipment like hand pumps, scales, forklifts, and hand jacks
  • Accurately complete all required documentation for food safety and quality
  • Identify and resolve process deviations, communicating with supervisors as needed
  • Support plant safety, sanitation, and training efforts as assigned
