What You’ll Do:

  • Cut, fit, and install wood components including trim, panels, cabinetry, and doors
  • Read blueprints, layout drawings, and work instructions to build according to spec
  • Use hand tools and woodworking machines to measure, saw, sand, and assemble parts
  • Fit and finish joinery with attention to symmetry, spacing, and surface quality
  • Ensure tight tolerances and smooth transitions between wood and other materials
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold safety and quality standards

What It Takes:

  • Previous experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or woodworking
  • Ability to use woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, jigs, and hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a pride in producing high-end craftsmanship
  • Comfort working with measuring tools, blueprints, and layout instructions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Experience in marine, RV, or custom cabinetry work is a plus
