Job Summary
The Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) is seeking a Business Officer to oversee financial transactions for Graduate Medical Education. This position is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, resident/fellow payroll & benefits administration, monthly cost center reconciliations, and assisting with resident and fellow onboarding and offboarding. The Business Officer will also assist with the preparation of the annual GME budget, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting. This position provides leadership and supervision to GME Benefits Coordinator, promotes professional development, and ensures compliance with University and UKHC financial policies and procedures through ongoing education and process oversight.
