Job description

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are seeking a full time Property Representative with maintenance experience at our apartment building in Davis, CA.
2 bedroom apartment available RENT FREE! Must live on site due to CA regulations
The Property Representative is responsible for:
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Minor building maintenance
  • Cleaning common areas
  • Apartment turnovers
  • Maintaining supplies
  • Completing move out inspections,
  • Showing vacant units to prospective residents
  • Communicating management topics with the residents

Qualifications for the Property Representative:
  • A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management.
  • Demonstrated basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
