Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver for our client. The ideal candidate will provide 24-hour care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the life of a client while living in a supportive and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Assist with mobility, transfers, and physical therapy exercises.Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary.Administer medications and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs.Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in activities to promote mental and physical wellness.Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role preferred.Ability to perform basic caregiving tasks, including personal hygiene and physical assistance.Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Basic cooking and housekeeping skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with room and board included.Flexible scheduling with time off.Supportive work environment with access to training and development opportunities.The rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.
