We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production team during live and or recorded services, which include but is not limited to video technology, lighting, audio mixing, equipment maintenance, programming and enhancements
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
  • Place production orders from the department
  • Provide leadership to dream team volunteers by evaluation, developing and mentoring the team
  • Coordinate with the Worship and Communication's Pastors to ensure the appropriate lighting/audio, LED wall graphic's and stage set for every worship experience and event
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, or other related fields
  • Spiritual maturity, Christ-based background
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5 years experience
