Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified PIC candidates for a Citation X+. This will be a 4-pilot account supported by a dedicated maintenance technician flying under EJM's P135 certificate. We are accepting applicants who would like to remain home-based, within a 90-minute drive of a major airport supported by commercial airlines.
Experience the pinnacle of performance and luxury with the Citation X+: the fastest and most advanced super-midsize jet in the sky. Known for its speed, the X+ often outpaces larger airframes. Inside, the two-zone lie-flat cabin redefines passenger comfort, featuring carbon-fiber accents, ambient lighting, and an extra quiet interior. It combines a spacious layout with seamless connectivity via Starlink Wi-Fi. Praised by travelers and pilots alike, the X+ pairs speed with efficiency and reliability. From its custom design to its industry-leading performance, this is not an ordinary Super-Mid.

  • Completes passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulation. Delivers the highest level of customer service and meet any special needs of passengers (e.g., physically challenged).
  • Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate with crew and support personnel clearly and in a timely manner during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
