Job Summary:

As a Live-In Private Duty Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure a clean, healthy environment — all while living on-site during your scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly clients in their homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting etc.
  • Prepare meals, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping
  • Offer companionship, engage in activities, and provide emotional support
  • Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior
  • Follow individualized care plans and communicate with care teams
  • Maintain a safe, supportive living space for clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred (live-in experience a plus)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CNA or HHA certification a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
