About the Role

Lighthouse Christian School is seeking a passionate, faith-driven teacher for our Elementary or Middle School. We have openings across a variety of subjects and are eager to find the right person someone who sees teaching not just as a career, but as a calling.

You will prayerfully guide students in attitudes, skills, and subject matter that contribute to their growth as mature, capable, and responsible followers of Christ to the praise and glory of God.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a clear, personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
  • Live a godly lifestyle characterized by Bible study, prayer, and faithful church involvement
  • Represent Christ well in words, actions, and attitude both inside and outside of school
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Pass a state caregiver background check
  • Be able to provide three personal references

Note: All Lighthouse Christian School staff are also considered employees of Lighthouse Church. New hires complete a 6-month probationary period.
