Live-In or Live - Out Domestic Couple - Private Residence
A private family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly capable live-in or live-out Domestic Couple to oversee the care and maintenance of their residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a polished "A-Team" couple who take pride in running a home with excellence, discretion, and initiative.
Property
  • Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. luxury residence
  • Separate guest house accommodations provided for live in option
  • Housing may be arranged separately for non-married partners if desired
  • No pets in residence
Schedule & Lifestyle
The family travels frequently throughout the year, though domestic couple travel is rarely required. Occasional travel assistance may be requested during major holidays, including time spent at the family's Colorado residence.
The household occasionally entertains guests and welcomes visits from adult children and grandchildren.
Responsibilities
Female Candidate / Household Manager Duties
  • Full-charge housekeeping and daily upkeep
  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
  • Household inventories and organization
  • Grocery shopping and household provisioning
  • Deep cleaning and seasonal organization
  • Assisting with meal preparation and healthy cooking
  • Supporting visiting chef during entertaining
Male Candidate / Property Maintenance Duties
  • General property maintenance and oversight
  • Cleaning patios, outdoor areas, and vehicles
  • Maintaining outdoor plants and orchids (watering/fertilizing)
  • Monitoring and coordinating vendors:
