We are currently seeking Construction Superintendents for projects statewide.

Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision and management of all aspects of each construction project from mobilization through punch list and demobilization, including communication and interaction with project management staff members regarding the project's production schedule and budget, all while managing client relations. 

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry in a supervisory role, preferably in commercial pools and/or recreational aquatics.
  • Experience in mechanical, concrete, forming, trenching, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs and plans.
  • Must be able to deliver under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • A clear understanding of RFI's and COR's.
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal building codes and regulations
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple small to medium sized projects at the same time.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Leadership abilities..
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.

Additional Qualifications that are considered to be a "PLUS":

  • Pool construction experience.
  • Water Feature construction experience.
  • Commercial and Public/Municipal experience.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Masonry & Hardscape experience.
  • SCH 80 PVC pipe experience.
  • 4" and Greater Pipe experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English).
  • OSHA 10 hour training certification along with CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
