Job description

We are hiring for tenured superintendents only, as this is a job in the field, that will require independent performance, with minimal assistance or training.


Responsibilities:

- Work in the field to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, and stay within budget.

- Will be in charge of commercial construction work from the ground up.

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

- Ensure compliance of safety regulations.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

- Manage project budget and expenses.

- Manage the work to ensure it is installed in compliance with and confirms to the approved contract documents.

- Ensure permits and insurance are in place and kept current for the term of the project, partnering with inspection agencies.

- Oversee work of all employees on site, and ensuring job functions are properly being performed.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- 5+ years of experience building construction experience

- Proficient with reading subcontract documentations, drawings, construction processes, and materials.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Experience running projects from the ground up.

- Ensure compliance of safety regulations.
