Construction Superintendent

Experienced Superintendent needed to manage multiple K-12 school construction projects from start to closeout. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, safety oversight, and delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe job sites with zero-accident focus and full safety compliance.
  • Oversee multiple commercial projects, including CPM scheduling and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate work per plans/specifications and resolve field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports and support project closeout.
Requirements
  • 6+ years as Superintendent with a General Contractor on commercial projects.
  • Strong CPM scheduling and team leadership skills.
  • OSHA 10/30 preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Procore construction management platform
