Job description

We're the makers of Poke.com, a proactive AI agent for everyday life. Interaction is a $300M consumer company backed by $27M from General Catalyst and angels such as Guillermo Rauch (Vercel), Scott Wu (Cognition), Patrick and John Collison (Stripe), Fred Ehrsam (Coinbase), Ken Howery (Co-Founder of PayPal and Founders Fund), and many others.
The Context
Poke is moving fast and the surface area is moving with it. Poke.com, the recipe gallery and landing pages, the integration library, upsell flows, and the brand itself, to name a few. We want someone who designs and builds, taking an idea from concept to live by EOD.
The Role
You own Poke's design surface end to end. You navigate the full stack of design and frontend, but you go deep in at least one of these areas:
  • Marketing surfaces: Poke.com, landing pages, campaign pages, the surfaces that decide whether someone signs up.
  • Consumer product UI: Recipe gallery, get-started flows, channel selection, upsell pages, the surfaces users actually interact with on the web.
  • Brand and motion: Identity, illustration, animation, interaction design across web and native.

What we're looking for
  • Taste. You can show us five products you love and explain exactly why. Ours include Arc, Raycast, Conductor, and Things.
  • Craft on both sides. You design in Figma or Paper, prototype in code, and ship in Next.js/React, SwiftUI is a plus. You care about polish, motion, accessibility, and performance.
  • Platform thinking. You think in primitives, not just features. You build solutions that solve today's product needs while unlocking ten future use cases.
  • Low ego. The talent bar is high, but no important problem is beneath us.

Something Else
Send us the work. Live URLs, prototypes, screenshots, motion reels. We care more about what you have built than where you built it.
