Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership.
  • Make customer service appointments
  • Look up customer service records and advise of services and warranty accordingly
  • Verify customer vehicle status
  • Conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner on the phone or in person with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates.
  • Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate.
  • May be responsible for clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • May be responsible for general administrative/support staff duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Receive inbound inquiries, routing calls to appropriate staff and making inbound appointments
  • Patient and pleasant when faced with challenging customers
  • Must speak, read and write English clearly. Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Automotive experience a plus, but not required
  • Team player - dependable
  • You type 40 - 45 WPM in order to capture new customer information efficiently
  • Comfort and familiarity with using and learning various software applications

Working Conditions:
  • Working conditions are consistent with working in an office
