Oncology Sales Account Manager

Cycle Company: Cycle Pharmaceuticals Inc

Location: Remote position but candidates will live in Colorado and are local to the nearest airport as this role requires up to 70% travel.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience + sales incentive bonus plan.

Position Summary: This is a full-time position working within our Sales team.

We have a unique opportunity for an Oncology Account Manager to join our sales team and be part of something truly meaningful at a pivotal moment in our expansion. These are foundational roles within our newest therapeutic area, giving you the chance to make a real difference for patients living with rare hematologic and oncologic conditions.

You'll be joining a driven and fast-growing organization with a strong track record in the rare disease space and now expanding to help even more patients and their caregivers. You'll have the opportunity to lead engagement with HCPs and clinics across your territory and, collaborate cross-functionally to help drive launch success and build strong relationships across the hematology/oncology landscape.

What you will be doing

  • Drive adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals leading rare disease therapies across hematology and oncology by engaging with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff through face-to-face and virtual channels.
  • Build awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic solutions, and the individualized support services available through Cycle Vita.
  • Educate providers on prescribing pathways and work closely with our HUB team to streamline patient access to treatments.
  • Identify, engage, and partner with key opinion leaders to support peer-to-peer education and community outreach.
  • Lead territory-level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy and field insights.
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to your market dynamics.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in haematology, oncology, and/or rare disease markets required.
  • Proven successful field-based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and proactive team player.
  • Strong communication and CRM/data skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
