We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to an individual in her private home. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Monitor patient observation and report any changes in health or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals.
  • Support medication reminders following medical records protocols and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry, and ensure a safe environment.
  • Per driver with clean driving record who will be willing to drive the client car.
  • Must love dogs (2 dogs) assist with services dogs feeding, exercise, care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and address individual needs.
