The Home Health Aide (HHA)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Live-in caregiver plays a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in their own homes. This position is designed to support clients with physical, emotional, and medical needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the day and night. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a stable and supportive environment, fostering independence while closely monitoring health conditions and responding promptly to any changes. The role demands a high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism, as you will often be the primary source of companionship and care for clients. Minimum Qualifications:
