Responsibilities

Use an iPad to check in customer at Starter Station

Provide information and assistance to our customers

Track turn times and finish times throughout the day by use of the iPad

Enforce daily cart rules

Educate and assisting golfers on issues such as pace of play, course rules and golf etiquette

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

Prior golf related experience a plus!

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent listening and comprehension skills required

Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to be able to perform a variety of calculations. Knowledge of the techniques, principles and regulations of golf programs

Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner

Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties

Ability to operate motorized carts throughout the golf course

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
