  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm; 100% outpatient setting
  • Light call burden: approximately 1:14 weeks, phone-only and backup to answering service
  • Goal of 20 - 25 patients per day with a flexible, physician-controlled ramp-up pace
  • 1 dedicated MA per provider plus additional float MAs for patient rooming support
  • On-site lab, imaging, walk-in clinic, and internal coding team available to providers
  • Shareholder track available; equal shares distributed from group revenue after expenses
  • 401(k) with 13% of total compensation contributed annually plus profit sharing
  • Residents welcome; board-certified or board-eligible candidates encouraged to apply
