Job description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in a thriving Midwest community? We have an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Bloomington, IL. This private practice offers a dynamic work environment, patient-focused care, and advanced hearing technology.
Position Highlights:
  • Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours, with one Saturday per month on rotation (half day).
  • 95% adults and 5% pediatric cases.
  • Work with leading manufacturers such as GN Resound, Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Starkey, and Widex.
  • Services include routine diagnostics, hearing evaluations, patient counseling, and hearing aid dispensing.
  • No quotas! Focus on quality care with profit-sharing opportunities based on group goals.
  • Join a dedicated team of 4 clinicians, supported by a strong administrative staff.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary, profit-sharing, and quarterly group bonuses.
  • Medical insurance stipend, and 401k with 3% match.

  • Relocation assistance: Available for out-of-state candidates eligible for Illinois licensure.
  • Fuel reimbursement provided for any travel between clinic locations (35 miles apart, no same-day travel required).
