What You'll Do

The CDL A Winch Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, fluids, accommodations, and infrastructure to customer locations throughout the Permian Basin and surrounding areas.

In addition to driving responsibilities, this position supports field operations, equipment setup, maintenance activities, and branch operations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate winch trucks, water trucks, sewer trucks, and other commercial vehicles
  • Support equipment mobilization and demobilization projects
  • Perform rig moves and wellsite support activities
  • Transport equipment between customer locations and EnerStar branches
  • Conduct daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
  • Verify tickets, manifests, and customer paperwork
  • Assist with field service projects and customer support activities
  • Assist with equipment setup, site preparation, and operational support when not driving
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and inspections on trucks and equipment
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns
  • Assist with general shop, yard, and branch operations as required
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company and customer safety requirements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing EnerStar Solutions


Qualifications

Required

  • Class A CDL
  • Tanker Endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work overtime as required

  • Oilfield Transportation Experience
  • Rig Move Experience
  • Equipment Hauling Experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic truck maintenance experience
  • Experience reading oilfield maps and navigating lease roads

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hourly, Non-Exempt Position
  • Weekend and after-hours work may be required based on customer needs
  • Travel throughout the Permian Basin and surrounding regions
  • Local and regional driving assignments
