Edenbrook St. Cloud, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Fill-Time Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Position: Occupational Therapist - (Full Time or PRN)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
  • To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
  • To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
  • Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
  • Guide and educate family members and caregivers
  • Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
