Job description

Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required upon hire. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required. Current BLS certification required; AHA, American Red Cross, or BLS Instructor certification accepted. Epic experience required. Strong occupational therapy assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and patient care skills. Effective communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills required. Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts. Must be available to work 1 weekend day per month. Maximum of 3 days RTO permitted. Block scheduling is not available. Certifications not currently in hand must be noted as "Willing to Obtain" at submission.
