Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab in Bay City, Michigan, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant! As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

  • Conduct assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities

  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements
