Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business financials to provide accurate, defensible market valuations.
  • Maintain a curated list of vetted buyers and match them with appropriate business opportunities.
  • Draft compelling, anonymous business profiles that highlight value while protecting sensitive information.
  • Navigate the intricacies of negotiations to ensure equitable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate the closing process by working closely with accountants, attorneys, and lenders.

Requirements
  • Must live in Illinois
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, or sales
  • Proficiency in interpreting balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional certification such as a CPA or CVA is highly regarded.
