The role is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Leesburg, Virginia. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by their physicians, using the latest methodologies to determine appropriate therapy programs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to address the specific conditions of your patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, all while keeping clear communication with referring physicians.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions across a range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, adapting techniques to best fit the diverse needs of patients.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their conditions and enhance their rehabilitation journey.
• Engage proactively with the clinic’s broader team to maximize patient outcomes through collaborative treatment methods and shared insights from evidence-based care.
• Meet established performance metrics and utilization rates, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our therapy services.

As a Physical Therapist with Limber Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and more. Your role will be fundamental in helping these clients regain their independence and improve their daily functioning through tailored therapeutic interventions. The relationships you build with your patients will be integral to their recovery and overall satisfaction with our services.

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current State License to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in using word processing software and electronic medical record systems to document patient information.
• Ability to develop genuine connections with patients, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.
• A commitment to continuous learning and application of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or outpatient environment.
• Experience working with various patient demographics, including children and elderly populations, and those with diverse health conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
