Robert Bosch LLC seeks SAP Business Process Consultant (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1 Tower Ln, Ste 3100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. The SAP Business Process Consultant provides business process guidance on SAP requirements and design, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) including material, customer, and vendor master data. Collecting business requirements by attending process-scoping workshops, Business analysis and targeted observations. Comparing the requirements of what is available in the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket template to the processes in SAP MDM Process for all customers, materials, and vendors. Ensure the existing processes will run seamlessly in the new environment and assess the scope for improvement. Understanding and ensuring processes as per guidelines. Support to complete Integration testing and obtaining user acceptance. Support to train the Key-User in the new system and support the users in preparation of training documentation. Identifying roles and responsibilities of user departments to ensure implementation of the authorization concept as per Bosch guidelines. Support in the migration of legacy data during the Go-live, plan the cut-over strategy (i.e. strategy for changeover to new system) in conjunction with the Business departments. Support during Post Go-live of project. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or a related field and 3 years of experience as a SAP MDM Consultant or in an occupation involving SAPMDM processes (material, customer, vendor in various SAP systems (POE, PT0, P39 or PMD). Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) SAP MDM process including material, customer, vendor in various SAP systems include order to cash, inventory, and logistic modules; (2) Rollout and Integration in cross functional topics in Material Management, Customer, Sales and distribution; (3) Implementations of MDM and ability to act as an internal consultant for MDM related topics; (4) Providing solution-based recommendations to support implementation efforts; and (5) Automobile industry. Telecommuting: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week. 10% Domestic and International Travel.
