What does a secondary ELA Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator do?

As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Georgia's middle and high schools, you will support teachers in elevating secondary literacy instruction through strong content knowledge and evidence-based practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with grades 6–12 ELA teachers to strengthen instruction

  • Supporting curriculum implementation aligned to state standards

  • Conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback
