Job description

Must-Have Core Tool: 7–10 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with IBM Security zSecure Audit (non-negotiable primary filter).

Mainframe Security Systems: Deep SME-level knowledge in RACF, with working knowledge or cross-platform familiarity in ACF2 and/or Top Secret (TSS).

System Hardening & Compliance: Practical experience implementing z/OS RACF STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) and baseline hardening standards.

Vulnerability Management: Experience conducting mainframe vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security posture reporting (penetration testing or security consulting background preferred).

Cross-Functional Communication: Acting as the functional and technical bridge between core Mainframe Systems Engineering teams and Corporate InfoSec / Cyber teams.
